The Directions shades cover all colours of the spectrum from Ebony to White toner, with up to 10 various shades of red, 5 different shades of blue and 4 shades of green as well as purples, pinks and oranges. The darker colours can be applied to any shade of hair to achieve either a vibrant colour or a soft highlight effect. The lighter colours are designed for mainly lighter of hair,or hair that has been pre-lightened or bleached. By doing this Directions heads will penetrate the hair follicles more deeply, and therefore in most cases last longer.
